We take your discretion very seriously, so please rest assured that delivery is always discreet, regardless if the shipping destination is your home, office or any other address.
DISCREET PLAIN BROWN ENVELOPES GUARANTEED
We deliver all of our products in plain, brown ENVELOPES, without branding or a description of the contents, so only you will know or get excited about what is inside. Only the carrier label will be displayed on the outside so your package is delivered to you!
DELIVERY & TRACKING
We offer a standard shipping option (generally received within 2 – 4 days), but if you’d like to have your order quicker, our Express shipping option (1 – 2 business days, if ordered before 2pm) is perfect for you.

Warehouse Working Days
Warehouse business days include Monday through Friday, and exclude Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays. The warehouse will thus be closed the 25th and 26th of December, as well as 2nd of January. On the 24th and 31st of December the service will also close 2 hours earlier (16:00 instead of 18:00).

EXPRESS DELIVERY
If you choose our Express Delivery option and place your order before 2pm, your order should arrive in 1-2 business days (business days include Monday through Friday (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
For example an order placed before 2pm on Friday will be delivered the next Tuesday or Wednesday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on Wednesday or Thursday. Order delivery attempts are generally made between 9am – 6pm.
Note: we do not offer Express Delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays.
If our carrier cannot deliver your order, two additional delivery attempts will follow. If our carrier still is unable to deliver your order, the carrier will provide you with instructions explaining how or where you can pick up your parcel.

RETURNING YOUR ORDER
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order within 30 days after the original purchase date and get a full refund. In case you would like to return any product, it must be unused, returned in the state you received it (i.e. unopened) and in the original packaging.
If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, simply contact our Customer Service Center who will take care of everything for you.
REFUNDS
You will be refunded directly back to the Payment card used for the original payment. You can expect the money to be refunded within 14 days from when we receive the returned product.
